At 12 yrs. old I was fascinated by this little box called a camera. If you pressed the button and brought the negatives to a drugstore, one week later photos would be returned in its' place. I didn't understand this magic. When I was old enough, I studied photography at Brooklyn College. I found that if I put my negatives in a thing called an enlarger a shadow would appear on photo paper. When I dropped that paper in some chemicals, a picture would emerge. Wow! Lovely still life artwork Madeline! I invite you to post this fine piece to my new FAA Group, Amazing Still Life Artwork. I am sure it will make a great addition to that Group. F/L.

You are right, Madeline -- my mistake was better than my intention -- as is often the case.
Madeline Ellis replied:
I was really only kidding. Both ways are poetic.

You have created an awesome beauty of floral display and composition is sublime! Madeline, I just love the shadowing affect and lighting on this awesome piece of pure beauty! What a fine piece of artwork for me to proudly display on our Featured Artwork section of our Homepage, within our family of friends and fine artists, in our Wisconsin Flowers and Scenery group. It is truly an honor to showcase your talents and beautiful artworks within our site, as our members get more promotion than in most groups, as I change out our Featured Artworks section 20 to 30 images at a time, and almost on a daily basis. I also change out our Top FEATURED artists weekly. I am proud to display this fine piece of beauty you have created for us to enjoy and share with others. LIKED and FAVED Forever, Elvis

-- You are welcome! I meant to write "Like the chamber...."
Madeline Ellis replied:

Fantastic use of light and shadow, Madeline! Mysterious, art noir design. Light the chamber of an Egyptian Queen! F/L
Madeline Ellis replied:
Thanks Frank! Your comment and F/L is much appreciated.
